Paul Balalis CEO.  Mr. Balalis is an accomplished executive having worked for technology, real estate and banking companies, their start-up, development and operations. Paul has served as CEO and a member of the Board of three public companies and several private companies. He has also served as managing partner of a mergers and acquisition company.  Mr. Balalis received a BS in Industrial management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Emory University.  He served in the US Air force in the Space Systems Division in a top secret development program.

 
Keith Young is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. His particular expertise involves the organization and operation of Information Technology development enterprises.His experience has included being the Chief Technology Officer for Indigo Engine, Director of Development for the Association of American Railroads,Director of Development for TenFold, Inc., Senior Consultant with International Business Machines (IBM), a Senior Manager responsible for Information Management at Carter Hawley, Hales’ Information Services Division, and President of Borg Engineering.  Mr. Young received his B.A and B.S.degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Riverside.
